Service Description

Little Chill Beach (LCB) is a humble little beach at the corners of Division, Fourth and Lafayette. Bring your own food, drinks, music, etc. (uber eats, pizza, picnic baskets, coolers, DJ, band ...) or coordinate with us for approved vendors. Your reservation includes: * At least one staff member to admit guests and maintain a secure, clean environment (additional fee for licensed security guard). * Tables & chairs (currently onsite) and a few umbrellas we'll put up if the sun's still out. * Small portable generator (Honda EU2200) to power your sound system. * Parking in the lot across Lafayette Street from the beach. * Portapotty and hand washing station. * Trashcans with liners. Your reservation requires: * One-day event insurance (provided to LCB within 7 days of reservation or reservation in cancelled). If alcohol is served, LCB suggests the policy include Liquor Liability coverage. * Final guest list provided at least 48 hours before event start. * No weapons, no pets, no glass (or other beach UN-friendly items like confetti, fireworks, cigarettes). * No selling of alchohol; no serving of alcohol to minors. (LCB reserves the right to expel anyone who in its judgment is intoxicated or jeopardizing the safety of LCB staff, guests or venue.) * All guests must follow parking and pedestrian crosswalk laws (no parking on the beach or sidewalk). * Disposal of all party supplies (plates, cups, cans, etc.) in trashcans on the beach. Leave it how you found it, please! If LCB receives cancellation notification less than 30 days prior to the event date all payments will be refunded. Cancellation by Client must be confirmed via email or text sent from LCB to Client, which will establish the date of record for notice of cancellation. This includes all payments made to LCB and any vendor(s) contracted on your behalf by LCB. There is no cancellation due to weather. LCB will issue a "raincheck" for a future available date. If LCB cancels the event, all payments previously made by the client will be refunded. By making a reservation, you agree that you and your guests will comply with all city, county, state and federal laws. By making a reservation, you understand that it is your responsibility to share these policies with your guests and any vendors you contract with to provide goods and services at LCB. Cancelation Policy

If LCB receives cancellation notification less than 30 days prior to the event date all payments will be refunded. Cancellation by Client must be confirmed via email or text sent from LCB to Client, which will establish the date of record for notice of cancellation. This includes all payments made to LCB and any vendor(s) contracted on your behalf by LCB. There is no cancellation due to weather. LCB will issue a "raincheck" for a future available date. If LCB cancels the event, all payments previously made by the client will be refunded.
